| 8:05P | Meeting Start | Doug welcomes everyone to the new year. Folks learning about Calcifer are welcomed in. |
| 8:06P | Health and Safety | Currently masks are for sanding and dust prevention. The map is green. Stay away if you are sick because that's gross. |
| 8:08P | Doorbell | The neighbor seems to have figured out where to put a doorbell. Yet, they still ring our doorbell. Suggestions for dissuading randos from ringing are welcome. |
| 8:11P | Rooms | Supplies have moved around to more appropriate spaces! 3D printing still needs to moved, the vent room needs to be re-organized. Volunteers welcome! |

| 8:26P | Trogdor | Trogdor continues to have issues. Tim suggests picking up a second-hand laser from another space to replace him. We need a good deal. |
| 8:28P | UTDallas | Thursday, the 19th at 3PM we are meeting with UT Dallas to discuss a "Makerspace Software Package" to help with scheduling/coordinating. |
| 8:30P | Other Topics | Hannah: Would like to commend individuals who stepped up for game night and stitchlab. New members have been appearing because of this. She would like to formally suggest a Spring Time potluck. Date TBA |
| 8:34P | Rates | Doug notes that rates may need to be bumped up. Hannah would like to suggest opening up lifetime memberships again for a small window of time. The idea of money for opening up for either moving to a new space or a new equipment is tempting. Perhaps another "tier" would work out? Olivia suggests speaking to OG lifetime members regarding concerns, else investigate the donation tiers for help. Pre-pay for a multi-year membership, i.e. 10 year membership. A fundraising coordinator would be a good thing to have about now. |
